• bulky, irregularly shaped tumors
• most tumors are more than 6 cm
• areas of necrosis
•hemorrhage
• calcifications
• involvement of adjacent organs
• regional lymph nodes.
• IVC or renal vein invasion
• may have small areas of macroscopic fat and show absolute and relative washout.
